Online Orders
Final Sale: All online purchases of attar fragrances are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Exceptions: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
In-Store Purchases
• In-store purchases may be eligible for exchange if the attar is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• Time Frame: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
• The following items are non-returnable:
• Opened or used attar bottles
• Sale or promotional items
Shipping and Handling
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
